About the program:

The Singapore 2023 program is the first outside of our Global HQ in Europe. Your landing position after 30 months can be in the areas of brand marketing/communications, product merchandising, client development & events, retail management, financial planning & analysis, digital & omnichannel, supply chain & logistics, and many more.

Required Skills and Abilities

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for Talents who are passionate about people and about creating an impact; who are ambitious, and ready to jump into a world where excellence, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship are our daily drivers.
• We expect Talents coming from a diversity of backgrounds and recruited on their leadership potential as well as appetite for making talents thrive and supporting business transformations.
• On-boarding the program will require to demonstrate a true fit and passion for the Luxury retail industry.

Your experience:

We welcome graduating students from all schools and universities / graduates with:

• A maximum of 2 years of working experience (not including internships nor apprenticeships).
• Available to start full-time by June 2024.
• Able to work outside of Singapore for a minimum duration of 10 months within the next 3 years.
