Reminder: The HCV Program continues to conduct most business remotely and offices operate by appointment only (with the exception of Wednesdays, effective September 1, 2023, where walk-ins are welcome). To avoid long wait times, CHA encourages all clients to schedule an appointment with the appropriate servicing office.

HCV Appointment Booking Instructions

1. Select your current ZIP code below to find your HCV Regional Office.
2. Select one (1) Service.
   Note: Escalation services, special programs and new admissions are only available at the Central Office.
3. Use the calendar to choose a Date, and then select a Time.
4. Enter your details (Name, Email Address and Phone Number).
5. Provide notes or additional information to help staff prepare for the appointment.
6. Click on "Book" to complete.

You will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your appointment.

Applicants / Project-based Voucher (PBV) / Special Programs

If you participate in any of CHA's special programs, such as those listed below, your appointment will be scheduled for the Central Office at 60 E. Van Buren Street.
